In those cases in which litigation cannot be avoided, our litigators bring to each matter a wealth of litigation and trial experience to achieve successful results for clients that are efficient and cost-effective. Our attorneys have successfully defended clients in cases brought by the EEOC, the Department of Justice, and a wide range of private plaintiffs asserting all manner of employment-related claims.

In addition to our management-side representation, we counsel executives and senior level employees with employment contracts, fiduciary duties, severance packages, non-compete and nondisclosure agreements, and other matters relating to employment rights and obligations. This includes chief financial officers, senior operations executives, chief operation officers, officers and directors, and senior sales representatives at companies such as Microsoft, Navistar, Allstate Insurance, Reynolds Consumer Products, McCain Foods, Aastrom Biosciences, Essex Crane, and Merrill Lynch’s Private Banking and Investment Group.
