Today the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois entered judgment in favor of our Chicago manufacturing client for $2.2 million. The Court entered judgment against a shipping logistics company on all claims for breach of contract and fraud and awarded attorney’s fees, punitive damages, and costs.
